Please find all terms and conditions regarding the Canine Cornwall & The Cove Competition.

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom only except anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via https://caninecornwall.com/the-cove-competition/ and the Canine Cornwall Instagram page.
5. Closing date for entry will be midday on the Sunday 13th August 2023. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
   1. Follow both @thecovemaenporth and @CanineCornwall on Instagram (if you don’t already). 
   2. Like the post on Canine Cornwall’s Instagram page 
   3. Tag your dog-owning Instagram pals within the post on Canine Cornwall’s Instagram page who’d love to experience The Cove! You can also share the post on your stories and Facebook if you’d like to…
   4. For an extra entry – Subscribe to the Canine Cornwall & The Cove newsletters (don’t worry we won’t spam you).
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. The prize is as follows:
    1. Lunch for two (3 courses) and welcome drink 
    2. The voucher can be used at The Cove Maenporth and the competition winner needs to contact The Cove directly to make the booking
    3. The offer can not be exchange for monetary value
11. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter
12. The winner will be notified by Instagram and/or DM on Instagram on the evening of the 13th August 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected /  delivered.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Canine Cornwall and not to any other party. Some additional Terms and Conditions which you might wish to include if relevant:
20. Canine Cornwall also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
